TERMS & CONDITIONS

Linux Health Partners LLC
DBA MetaBridge Health & Wellness (“MetaBridge,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Effective Date: October 15, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and related non-clinical communications (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to website use and non-clinical interactions. Clinical services are governed by separate intake forms, consents, and policies provided during onboarding and through our patient intake/portal system.

1. No Medical Advice; No Clinician–Patient Relationship

The Site provides general information about our services and educational content. Nothing on the Site is medical advice and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Use of the Site does not create a clinician–patient relationship. A clinician–patient relationship is established only after completion of required intake forms and consent documents, and our acceptance of you as a patient.

2. Not for Emergencies

The Site is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988 (U.S. Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

3. Telehealth Eligibility (Georgia & Utah)

Telehealth services are offered only where MetaBridge is licensed and permitted to practice. You must be physically located in Georgia or Utah at the time of a telehealth visit (or another state where we are licensed, if applicable). We may request confirmation of your location to ensure compliance and safety.

If you are not located in an eligible state at the time of the visit, we may be unable to provide services.

4. Privacy; HIPAA; Communications

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Protected health information (“PHI”) collected during healthcare services or through patient intake/portal systems is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not these Terms.

Do not submit PHI through general website forms, email, or social media. Email and text messaging are not always secure. For clinical communications, use the patient intake/portal system when available or as directed by our office.

5. Scheduling Links; Deposits; Cancellations

The Site may include links to scheduling, intake, or payment tools. Policies governing appointments, deposits, cancellations, and membership benefits are described in the booking and intake process and may be updated from time to time.

If you book an appointment, you agree to the applicable scheduling and financial policies presented during booking and intake (including deposit and cancellation rules).

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include links to third-party tools or websites (including scheduling, intake, payment processing, labs, educational resources, or supplement dispensaries). We provide these for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content—text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and materials—is owned by MetaBridge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems

  • Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content

  • Scrape or harvest information from the Site at scale

  • Interfere with Site functionality or other users’ access

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee outcomes. Results vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaBridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

11. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
